Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g cornflakes
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- 250 g white chocolate
- 250 g chocolate, whole milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
similar to chocolate crossies
Mix the cornflakes with the coconut flakes, divide the mixture, and divide between two bowls. Melt each chocolate separately in a double boiler and mix each with half of the cornflake-coconut mixture. Then place small mounds on a sheet of baking paper and let them dry.
