Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
  • 580 ml water
  • 75 g skimmed milk powder
  • 65 g yeast
  • 20 g salt
  • 40 g flour (malt flour)
  • 95 g margarine
  • 25 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Pizzas

Mix everything together and knead for 3 minutes at a slow speed and 3 minutes at a fast speed. Then let the dough rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Then shape into the desired form and let it rest for another 10 minutes. Continue working as desired.
