Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g blueberries
  • 175 g brown rock sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s), chopped
  • 3 carnations
  • 700 ml grain, 38%

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 45 days 12 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 days 12 hours 35 minutes

Carefully sort the berries, rinse them gently, and let them drain. Divide the blueberries, rock sugar, cloves, and cinnamon between two thoroughly rinsed bottles and fill with wheat berries. Seal the bottles and refrigerate. Let the blueberry liqueur steep for approximately 6-8 weeks. Pour through a fine sieve, return it to the thoroughly cleaned bottles, and store in a cool place.
