Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sloes, cleaned
- 200 g sugar (rock sugar)
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 1 bottle of schnapps (corn)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine the ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake occasionally. Let stand for about two months before serving. After that, filter and bottle. It also makes a lovely gift if you add a few sloes to the bottle.
