Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg wheat flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 2 packets of baking powder

  • 4 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and quick to complete

Pour the beer into a mixing bowl. Add the salt, sugar, and seeds. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder until well combined. Then, using a dough hook, gradually stir in the flour mixture on low speed. Once everything is blended, increase the mixer speed. Pour the batter into a springform pan or bread pan lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with seeds (sesame seeds, if desired) to taste. Place the pan in the oven, preheated for 5 minutes, and bake for about 70 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 2-3), allowing it to brown slightly. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on the rack before slicing. Simply delicious and easy to digest!
