Delicious breakfast yogurt a la Helene II

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes (40 g)
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 banana(s), peeled
  • 1 apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

according to WW the whole thing has 9 PPs

Cover the oats and soak them in the orange juice overnight in the refrigerator. Mash the banana and mix with the yogurt. Wash the apple and carrots, coarsely grate them (I always do this with my TM – it’s ready in 2 seconds), and mix them with the soaked port flakes and the rapeseed oil and yogurt. Tip: This also tastes good with any other fruit, and if you don’t like them, you can leave out the carrots. You can then stir chopped nuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, etc., into the yogurt instead of the rapeseed oil.
