Quick Chinese Cabbage Chopping Pan

- 1 greater Chinese cabbage fresh
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 2 El Ajvar
- Some vegetable broth
- Chilli oil for frying
- Tabasco
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Dice the onions and sauté in the chilli oil until translucent. Add the mince and fry until crumbly. Add ajvar and stir in. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and place in the chopping pan. Pour a small amount of vegetable stock. Stir every now and then. The Chinese cabbage doesn’t take long. Season to taste with the spices. We had boiled potatoes with it.
