Chopping Pan with Pasta and White Cabbage

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 500 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 150 g Pasta
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 250 ml Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Sour cream
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Sweet paprika powder
  1. Wash the cabbage, cut out the stalk and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Core, wash and cut the bell pepper into cubes. Peel the garlic and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Now add the minced meat and fry it. Season with salt, pepper from the mill and paprika powder. Add the cabbage cut into strips and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the diced paprika, marjoram and garlic. Simmer the tomato paste. Add the stock and simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and mix in. Serve with sour cream. Bon Appetit.
