Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 Cabbage
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g Hunter's meal
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Food starch

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the cabbage and cut into pieces. Quarter tomatoes. Chop the onion
  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry the mince in it until crumbly, season. Add the onion and sauté. Add cabbage, about 5 minutes. continue frying.
  • Mix the stock, milk and starch, pour into the pan, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Simmer. Just before the end, add the tomatoes. With spaetzle.
