Pointed Cabbage Chopping Pan

The perfect pointed cabbage chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Cabbage
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g Hunter’S meal
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  1. Clean and wash the cabbage and cut into pieces. Quarter tomatoes. Chop the onion
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the mince in it until crumbly, season. Add the onion and sauté. Add cabbage, about 5 minutes. continue frying.
  1. Mix the stock, milk and starch, pour into the pan, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Simmer. Just before the end, add the tomatoes. With spaetzle.
