Pointed Cabbage Chopping Pan

- 0,5 Cabbage
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 400 g Hunter’S meal
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- Clean and wash the cabbage and cut into pieces. Quarter tomatoes. Chop the onion
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the mince in it until crumbly, season. Add the onion and sauté. Add cabbage, about 5 minutes. continue frying.
- Mix the stock, milk and starch, pour into the pan, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Simmer. Just before the end, add the tomatoes. With spaetzle.
