Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp water
- 300 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 100 g chocolate drops

Preheat the oven to 175-200°C fan/convection oven. Beat the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, salt, and water. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, sift into the mixture, and mix everything together. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Drop the dough mounds onto the baking sheet using a teaspoon. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes. This recipe makes approximately 2-3 baking sheets.
