Delicious early summer salad with elderflowers, strawberries and other fruits

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 2 nectarines
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 3 elderflower heads
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped flaxseed
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 lemon(s)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the banana and cut into small slices, scoop out the kiwi and cut into small pieces, wash and core the nectarines, and also chop them. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters or eighths, depending on their size. Chop the walnuts into small pieces and add them. Strip the elderflowers from the stems or cut them right off the stems, leaving only a small amount of stem attached. Add the flaxseed, squeeze the lemon, and add them. Drizzle with the maple syrup and vanilla sugar. Stir, and you’re done.
