Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a quick and easy dessert for the whole family

Peel the apple and pear and slice them into wedges, and cut the banana into bite-sized pieces. Place the apple slices in a saucepan, add the juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon, and simmer with the lid on. When the apples are tender, after about five minutes, add the remaining fruit and simmer gently for another one or two minutes. I leave the lid on. Now pour the natural yogurt into one or two small bowls. You can either drizzle the honey over the fruit or mix it directly into the yogurt. Add the hot fruit to the yogurt and stir or enjoy layered as desired.
