Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 120 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g brittle
- 250 g flour
- 110 g sugar
- 0.2 liters of milk
- 1 pack butter vanilla flavoring
- 80 g butter
- 1 packet of baking powder
- possibly cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes
Played around with it myself and found it very tasty
Combine sugar, flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, and butter to form a batter. Stir in the flavoring, nuts, praline, and desiccated coconut. Place paper baking cups in the muffin tin and fill halfway with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Top with chocolate glaze or praline glaze, if desired.
