Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of yeast (yeast dough garant)
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • e.g. salami or ham
  • e.g. tuna
  • n. B. Vegetables, e.g., bell pepper(s), mushrooms, onions, chilies, corn, zucchini

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For 12 pieces

Combine the flour with the Garant yeast dough and add the remaining ingredients. Knead everything well and then roll out the dough onto a 40×30 cm baking sheet. Spread the tomatoes on the base and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano. Spread the topping over the pizza. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the lower third of an oven preheated to 220°C for about 25 minutes.
