Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork chops
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g beans
- 50 g onion(s)
- 2 tbsp garlic oil
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel and boil the potatoes, adding the beans about 3-4 minutes before the end and bringing to a boil. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Grill the pork chops on both sides. Place a pan on the grill. Once it’s heated, sauté the onions in oil. When they’re translucent, add the sliced potatoes and beans. Season to taste with salt and pepper and finish cooking the pork chops in the pan.
