Delicious recipes with minced meat: Rice noodles with Asian minced meat

  • For four servings you need: a clove of garlic, a large red chili, a bunch of spring onions, 200 grams of flat rice noodles, 600 grams of minced pork, two tablespoons of oil, four tablespoons of lime juice, three tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of sweet and hot chili sauce, half a bunch of coriander, salt, sugar
  • Preparation: In the first step, peel and finely chop the garlic. Deseed the chili pepper and cut it into thin rings. Now it’s time for the spring onions, which you also cut into rings.
  • Place the rice noodles in boiling salted water and let the noodles steep for five minutes. Now put the mince in a pan with hot oil and fry it until crumbly. Add the garlic, chili, and spring onions and sauté everything briefly.
  • Season the ground beef mixture with lime juice, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Finally, season with sugar and salt.

  • For four people you need: a pack of fresh pizza dough (refrigerated section), a clove of garlic, a red pepper, an onion, a leek, a tablespoon of sunflower oil, 200 grams of ground beef, a teaspoon of tomato paste, 425 milliliters of diced canned tomatoes, 50 grams Feta cheese, some parsley, 40 grams of baby spinach leaves, salt, pepper, some flour
  • Preparation: First clean and peel the vegetables, garlic, and onion. Cut everything into fine rings or cubes.
  • Fry the mince in a pan with some oil. Add the garlic, tomato paste, and chopped tomatoes and simmer for five minutes. Finally season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll out the finished pizza dough and quarter it. Put some flour on a work surface and shape the pieces of dough into oval boats.
  • Put the minced meat mixture on the dough. Put the peppers, leek, and onion on top and crumble the feta over it. Now everything goes into the preheated oven (top and bottom heat 225 degrees / circulating air 200 degrees). Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.

  • For four people you will need the following: two onions, a clove of garlic, five tablespoons of sunflower oil, 200 grams of red lentils, 80 milliliters of dry white wine, a liter of vegetable stock, 200 grams of whipped cream, a can of chickpeas, 300 grams of ground beef, salt, pepper, a teaspoon of ground Cumin, two to three teaspoons of turmeric, two sprigs of coriander, two sprigs of flat-leaf parsley, four tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • Preparation: First, peel and chop the onions and garlic. Sauté both in a large saucepan with oil. Add the lentils and let the mixture sauté for four minutes. Then deglaze everything with the wine and add the broth and cream. Let everything simmer on medium heat for about ten minutes.
  • Next, pour the chickpeas over a sieve and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Then add to the lentils in the pot. In another pan, fry the mince in a little oil. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  • Puree the soup with a hand blender. Then add the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
