The Nutritionist Told us Why Minced Meat is Dangerous and Why it is Better to Give Preference to Whole Pieces of Meat

For some people, eating meat in pieces is absolutely not recommended. Many housewives prefer to use minced meat in their recipes instead of whole pieces of meat, not even realizing that this product can be harmful to health.

The expert claims that raw minced meat contains much more bacteria than a whole piece of meat. Moreover, bacteria continue to multiply even when minced meat is frozen, which does not happen with unprocessed meat.

Why is minced meat dangerous for the body?

In most cases, the body perceives these bacteria and fights them with histamine. But in order to cope with bacteria, histamine is needed a lot and in this case, it causes allergic symptoms.

Then we are talking about histamine intolerance, which is manifested by dysbiosis, migraines, chronic fatigue, urticaria, gastrointestinal disorders, depression, and anxiety.

If you experience such symptoms, the expert recommends completely eliminating meat from your diet.

If you can’t do without minced meat, the nutritionist recommends buying it from a trusted seller to be sure of its quality. That is, in the absence of additives, which often come “bundled” with parasites.

How much meat and in what form you can eat per day

Meanwhile, the expert advises eating about 150 grams of meat a day and no more. It is better to steam or stew minced meat dishes with vegetables – make cabbage rolls and stuffed peppers. The same can be done with whole meat. It can also be boiled for salads.

Who should not eat minced meat?

However, all these warnings do not apply to the elderly. Due to a decrease in stomach acidity, their gastrointestinal tract has a very difficult time digesting whole meat. As a result, colon cancer can form.
