Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of seeds (vital seed mix) or other seeds/grains
  • 1 cup oil, neutral
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple and hearty

Use a 250 ml cup for measuring. Knead all ingredients together with a hand mixer. Use a small spoon to place small heaps of dough onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 175°C for about 25 minutes. They taste best fresh!
