Delicious, simple apple muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Beat the eggs, sugar, and butter on high speed until fluffy. Add the lemon juice, milk, and salt. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the batter in portions. Stir in the finely chopped apples. Pour the batter into a muffin tin. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes, then let cool.
