simple recipe – ideal side dish for a spontaneous barbecue evening

In a salad bowl, thoroughly mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and agave syrup. Dice the avocado flesh, garlic clove, and onion into small cubes, dicing the onion and garlic much more finely than the avocado. Quarter the tomatoes. Add everything to the salad bowl with the dressing, toss to combine, and season with salt and pepper. A simple recipe that will appeal even to men who usually only like “salad” with plenty of mayonnaise.
