Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp butter
- 200 g tomatoes, pureed
- 200 ml water
- ½ tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 50 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the onion, and finely chop the garlic clove. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent. Deglaze with the water. Add the passata and the granulated stock. Bring the soup to a boil and gradually add the grated cheese, stirring constantly. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
