Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- 30 g butter
- 30 g flour
- 800 ml water, cold
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- vegetable broth

easy and fast
Peel the kohlrabi, halve it, and cut it into thin strips. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Once the butter has melted, add the flour and mix well to avoid lumps. The mixture should remain very light in color, so it shouldn’t brown. Now gradually add the water, whisking well to prevent lumps from forming. When the liquid is nice and thick, add the kohlrabi strips and simmer for about six minutes. The kohlrabi should be firm to the bite. Finally, season to taste.
