Delicious tomato sauce from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 5 basil leaves
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Place the cream and tomato paste on a flat plate or in a bowl and mix together. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them cut-side down in the mixture. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and drizzle with olive oil. Place the basil leaves on top and cover the bowl. Place in the microwave and bring to a boil at approximately 600 watts. Then simmer for another 5 minutes at approximately 180 watts, and the sauce is ready.
