Onion sauce quickly and easily from the microwave
In this recipe, I’ll show you how to prepare a super-delicious sweet onion sauce in record time and just a few steps! This sauce is perfect for wraps or sandwiches. The listed ingredients make about half a jam jar of sauce. First, dice the onion as small as possible. Then, combine all ingredients except the onion pieces in a bowl and mix. Now add the onion pieces and mix again. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe container and cook on high for about 1.5 to 2 minutes (alternatively, you can also boil it in a small saucepan on the stovetop, but the microwave method is much faster and the results are just as good). Stir again at the end. I recommend letting the sauce cool before eating; it tastes best that way. Of course, it can also be enjoyed warm.
