Delicious vegetable mince sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 small bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • 1 small eggplant(s)
  • 500 g Mett (Thuringian)
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes (optional with pepper)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oil (garlic oil
  • Oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop all the vegetables, mix with a little garlic oil, salt, pepper, and paprika, and set aside. Brown the minced meat in a pan with a little oil until crumbly, then add the chopped vegetables and the chopped tomatoes. Simmer until the vegetables are as soft or as firm as you like. Season to taste. All kinds of pasta are delicious with this sauce. I also like to use it for baking or as a lasagna sauce. You can also use it to fill cannelloni.
