Minced meat – zucchini – pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g processed cheese, type Gouda
  • 1 package of Italian herbs, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • roux
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and let them simmer for a while. Fry the ground beef in a little oil until browned and crumbly. Add the vegetables to the pan, fry briefly, and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for a while. Add the tomato paste (you can add more to taste), the processed cheese, and the Italian herbs, and bring back to a boil. Thicken slightly with a roux, simmer for a few more minutes, and season with salt and pepper. Serve best with rice.
