Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 thick carrots
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tbsp sour cream, or double cream
  • 1 stalk(s) leek

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegetarian and great for kids

Wash and chop the vegetables. Sauté the carrots in sugared water until al dente. Sauté the mushrooms and leeks in a little oil in a pan. Add the passata and cream, season to taste, and add crème fraîche. Serve with pasta or rice.
