Eggnog fruit dessert

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tbsp eggnog
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 80 g chocolate sprinkles
  • e.g. fruit, from the can or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Drain the canned fruit and wash the fresh fruit. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine the mascarpone, egg liqueur, sugar, and chocolate sprinkles in a mixer and fold in the cream. Layer the fruit and cream alternately in glasses and decorate as desired. Refrigerate the desserts for at least 2 hours. We like this dessert with pineapple or cherries, but in principle, anything from the garden or whatever you fancy will work.
