Ingredients
- 400 g Whole wheat flour
- 130 ml Buttermilk
- 130 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 15 g Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- Sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Make a yeast dough from the ingredients above, heat the water and buttermilk for it. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then knead once and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into approx. 8 rolls, turn in sunflower seeds (need to be pressed a little hard), place on a baking sheet with baking paper, cover with a tea towel, let rise again for approx. 45 minutes
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
