Delicious Zuccini Potato Soup

The perfect delicious zuccini potato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Great zuccini
  • 6 Medium sized potatoes
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Pumpkin seeds
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Wash the zucchini and dice them too. Cook both in a liter of broth for about 20 minutes. Then puree with the stick. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and decorate with pumpkin seeds (and if you like with pumpkin seed oil).
