  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Diced tomato
  • 1 packet Dice the feta
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce fresh
  • 3 Lettuce hearts
  • 1 If you like canned corn kernels

salad dressing

  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 clove Chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt pepper as needed

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the salad nicely mixed in a bowl and finish with the salad sauce. There is also a crispy spit roast from the charcoal grill. Delicious in winter with mulled wine in the snow
