  • 50 ml Water
  • 250 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 sheet Gelatin white
  • 0,5 tbsp Vanilla sugar, homemade

  • Soak the cranberries in the water for about 2 hours. Drain and collect the water.
  • Heat the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar and cook the cranberries in it for about 10 minutes.
  • Let the gelatine soak in the cranberry water and add to the cream mixture together with the soaking water.
  • Now the whole thing is pureed with the magic wand and then driven through a sieve so that the kernels of the cranberries remain.
  • Let the mixture cool down a little, fill it into pudding molds and chill until serving (approx. 3 hours).
  • This dessert was served with almond brittle. A small fruit salad or a fruit sauce are also ideal additions to this fine dessert.
