Ingredients

  • 250 g Quark 40%
  • 100 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Tonka bean abrasion
  • 2 Splash Lemon juice
  • 2 piece Apple
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Raisins
  • 1 Knife point Ground cinnamon
  • 50 g Sliced almonds
  • 0,5 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

  • Whip the cream and mix with the quark, lemon juice, sugar and tonka bean zest.
  • Roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat, just with the sugar.
  • Peel the apples, remove the core and roughly grate. Bring to a boil with sugar in a saucepan - DO NOT add water - switch off the stove and steam the apples soft with the residual heat.
  • Stir in the cinnamon and raisins - I consciously avoided alcohol because the children ate too - and let them cool down.
  • In dessert glasses, first a tablespoon of quark cream, then plenty of almonds, then a tablespoon of apple mixture, then layer the almonds again and finish with quark.
  • Chill until ready to serve. Decorate with almond flakes and apple peel.
