Apple Pie with Quark and Sour Cream Topping
The perfect apple pie with quark and sour cream topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Covering:
- 125 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 150 g Sifted flour
- 100 g Food starch
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 kg Scallop apples
- Lemon juice
Topping:
- 500 g Quark lean
- 2 a cup Sour cream
- 1 packet Cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 1 packet Custard powder
Batter:
- Process all ingredients into a batter, spread on a greased 4-angular tray.
- Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into wedges, place nicely on top and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Cast topping
- Mix and distribute on the apples. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 40 min.
