Ingredients

For the red fruit jelly

  • 400 g Black currants
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pudding

also

  • Amarettinis
  • Yogurt 3.5%

Instructions

  • I made a red fruit jelly from the remnants of the blueberry jelly (see my KB). To do this, bring the already cooked fruits to the boil with sugar and approx. 400 ml of water, stir in the pudding powder that has been stirred into the water, and let it boil. Cooling down. Also tastes delicious with vanilla ice cream.
  • Now layer red groats and yoghurt in a suitable glass. Put amarettinis in between. Also place amarettinis on top for decoration. Pour egg liqueur over them if necessary.
