Quark Yoghurt Cranberry Dessert
The perfect quark yoghurt cranberry dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Biscuit layer
- 6 Shortbread biscuits with chocolate
- 2 tablespoon Amaretto
Fruit layer
- 2 tablespoon Lingonberry jelly
- 1 tablespoon Cranberries
- 1 tablespoon Walnuts
Quark yogurt layer
- 250 g Quark lean
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 Grated orange peel
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Biscuit layer
- Cut the butter biscuits with a sharp knife, pour the amaretto over them, set aside and let them steep.
Fruit layer
- Chop the walnuts, mix well with the lingonberries and cranberries.
Quark yogurt layer
- Mix the quark with the yoghurt, add sugar, grated orange peel and the scraped out vanilla pod and mix everything well.
Complete
- Pour some biscuit mixture into a couple of beautiful glasses, then the fruit layer and the quark-yoghurt layer, continue like this until everything is used up, chill in the refrigerator
- Finally sprinkle a chocolate biscuit and a few pistachios on top of the dessert.
