Ingredients
 

Parfait

  • 400 ml Cream
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 180 g Chocolate gingerbread without wafers)
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Amaretto
  • 2 tablespoon Flaked almonds

Red wine plums

  • 1 glass Plums 720ml.
  • 3 tablespoon Red wine
  • 1 teaspoon Food starch
  • 3 Pc. Cloves
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

Parfait

  • Whip the cream until stiff. In a second bowl, stir the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Crumble the gingerbread and mix with the cocoa and amaretto. Stir the crumbs into the egg mixture. Finally fold in the cream.
  • Grease a loaf pan with butter and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Fill in the gingerbread mixture and smooth it out. At least 6 hours place in the refrigerator compartment.

Plums

  • Drain the plums in a colander, collect the juice and heat them in a saucepan with the cloves. Mix the red wine with the cornstarch until smooth, add to the juice and briefly bring to the boil. Add the plums and stir in.
  • Arrange on plates together with the parfait and dust with powdered sugar.
