Dessert: Pear Quark on Pear and Courgette Cake

  • 2 piece Leftovers from the pear and zucchini cake *
  • 250 g Quark double cream
  • 100 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Pear fresh, great
  1. Peel the pear, remove the core and puree.
  2. Stir in quark and sugar.
  3. Whip the cream and also add to the quark cream.
  4. Separate the icing from the cake and divide it into four dessert glasses. Now pour the quark over it and decorate with parts of the remaining glazed cake pieces.
