- 2 piece Leftovers from the pear and zucchini cake *
- 250 g Quark double cream
- 100 ml Cream 30% fat
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 piece Pear fresh, great
- Peel the pear, remove the core and puree.
- Stir in quark and sugar.
- Whip the cream and also add to the quark cream.
- Separate the icing from the cake and divide it into four dessert glasses. Now pour the quark over it and decorate with parts of the remaining glazed cake pieces.
