Ingredients
- 1 small heads Mixed salad
- 1 Diced onion
- 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Pepper and salt
- 2 can Sardines canned in oil. drained
- 2 can Drained canned tuna
- 1 Cucumber chopped into pieces
- 200 g Black pitted olives
Instructions
- Wash the salad well and pluck the leaves into small pieces. Prepare a marinade of oil, vinegar and diced onion, season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade on the salad and fold in carefully.
- Pluck the drained tuna into small pieces and mix the cucumber chopped into pieces and the olives into the salad. Then add a can of sardines with a little sardine oil and carefully fold in. Now serve the salad on a plate and distribute the remaining sardines on top of the salad.
