Mixed Salad with Sardines and Tuna

Ingredients
 

  • 1 small heads Mixed salad
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper and salt
  • 2 can Sardines canned in oil. drained
  • 2 can Drained canned tuna
  • 1 Cucumber chopped into pieces
  • 200 g Black pitted olives

Instructions
 

  • Wash the salad well and pluck the leaves into small pieces. Prepare a marinade of oil, vinegar and diced onion, season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade on the salad and fold in carefully.
  • Pluck the drained tuna into small pieces and mix the cucumber chopped into pieces and the olives into the salad. Then add a can of sardines with a little sardine oil and carefully fold in. Now serve the salad on a plate and distribute the remaining sardines on top of the salad.
