Mixed Salad with Sardines and Tuna

The perfect mixed salad with sardines and tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small heads Mixed salad
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper and salt
  • 2 Do. Sardines canned in oil. drained
  • 2 Do. Drained canned tuna
  • 1 Cucumber chopped into pieces
  • 200 g Black pitted olives
  1. Wash the salad well and pluck the leaves into small pieces. Prepare a marinade of oil, vinegar and diced onion, season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade on the salad and fold in carefully.
  2. Pluck the drained tuna into small pieces and mix the cucumber chopped into pieces and the olives into the salad. Then add a can of sardines with a little sardine oil and carefully fold in. Now serve the salad on a plate and distribute the remaining sardines on top of the salad.
