Dessert: Stracciatella Raspberry Cream

The perfect dessert: stracciatella raspberry cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Raspberries fresh
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 100 g Mascarpone
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Orange sugar
  • 3 tbsp Grated chocolate
  1. Puree the raspberries (keep some for decoration). Then stir in yogurt, mascarpone and both types of sugar (amount can vary according to taste). Finally stir in the chocolate.
  2. Distribute in 2 dessert bowls and decorate as desired.
