Dessert Speculoos and Cherry Dream

cream

  • 250 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
  • 250 g Drained sour cream in the sieve
  • 250 g Cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Yoghurt, own production

Cherry mass

  • 2 tbsp Salted butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Glass Sour cherries, drained
  • 3 tbsp Cranberries
  • 250 ml Mulled wine
  • 2 tsp Mondamine strength
  • 3 tbsp Mulled wine

additionally

  • 6 piece Cherries
  • 14 piece Spekulatius

cream

  1. Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff. Fold in the sour cream, quark and yogurt.

Cherries

  1. Melt the butter and add sugar. Let it caramelize. Top up with mulled wine and bring to the boil once.
  2. Mix the starch with 3 tablespoons of mulled wine, add to the mulled wine caramel and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the drained cherries and lingonberries. Let cool down.

completion

  1. 12 Crumble the speculoos not too finely and line a glass with 2 speculoos crumbs. Cover with the cooled cherry mixture and pour the quark cream on top.
  2. Finely crumble the remaining 2 speculoos. Put on the cream as a decoration and decorate with a cherry.
  3. The dessert tastes best when it runs through a day. Easy to prepare dessert for the Christmas menu.
