Dessert: Surprise Dessert
The perfect dessert: surprise dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Dessert bowl *
- 100 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream 30% fat
- 50 g Skinned and ground almonds
- 35 g White chocolate or White couverture
- 2 sheet Gelatin white
- 3 piece Ferrero Rocher
- Soak the gelatine in a little cold water and let it swell.
- Bring the milk with 100 ml of cream to the boil and melt the chocolate or couverture in it.
- Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the hot milk cream. Now stir in the ground almonds. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- As soon as the cream starts to set, whip the second 100 ml of cream, carefully fold it into the milk cream and pour everything into a piping bag.
- Spray a layer of the cream on the bottom of a bowl, then place the Rocher ball on top and “hide” it with the cream.
- Decorate with a chocolate decor sheet or something similar.
