Dessert: Surprise Dessert

The perfect dessert: surprise dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Dessert bowl *
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 50 g Skinned and ground almonds
  • 35 g White chocolate or White couverture
  • 2 sheet Gelatin white
  • 3 piece Ferrero Rocher
  1. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water and let it swell.
  2. Bring the milk with 100 ml of cream to the boil and melt the chocolate or couverture in it.
  3. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the hot milk cream. Now stir in the ground almonds. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
  4. As soon as the cream starts to set, whip the second 100 ml of cream, carefully fold it into the milk cream and pour everything into a piping bag.
  5. Spray a layer of the cream on the bottom of a bowl, then place the Rocher ball on top and “hide” it with the cream.
  6. Decorate with a chocolate decor sheet or something similar.
