Herbal Minced Steaks with Vegetable Topping

The perfect herbal minced steaks with vegetable topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Bun old
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 3 Orange peppers
  • 2 Red chili peppers
  • 0,5 packet Tomatoes happened
  1. Soak the roll in a bowl of water for approx. 30 – 35 minutes.
  2. Then squeeze out the water thoroughly from the bun. Put the whole thing in a bowl with the minced meat, egg, parsley, rosemary, basil, paprika powder, salt and cayenne pepper. Knead the whole thing until you can no longer see any individual parts of the roll.
  3. Put the garlic pepper in a cup, fill up about halfway with olive oil and whisk. Brush the bottom of a baking dish with the oil. Shape the minced meat into four roughly equal-sized steaks and place in the baking dish.
  4. Thoroughly brush all four steaks with the rest of the garlic olive oil. The baking dish is placed in the preheated oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees. Turn once halfway through.
  5. In the meantime: peel and chop the onion, remove the shell and chop the bell pepper, remove the seeds from the chilli peppers (if the vegetables are too mild for you, saves the seeds, grinds them and adds them afterwards; brings a more even spiciness than just the seeds in it to let) and chop.
  6. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion. Just before the onions are ready, add the peppers and chilli peppers and sauté (for re-cooking: please note the size of the peppers and chillies in the picture; the peppers are rather small, the chillies rather large).
  7. Deglaze with the tomatoes and season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Finally, about 9 minutes before the end of the oven time, distribute the vegetables on the steaks and let them cook.
  8. 8th remark: I know that my dishes are mostly missing the photos (thank God not here), but as I already mentioned, I don’t always have a sample eater with a camera phone. In addition, parsley and olive oil are missing on the ingredient picture, sorry.
