Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 6 Anchovy fillets
  • 2 tsp Capers
  • 10 Black olives
  • 1 can Mashed tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • For the sauce, fry the onions in a little olive oil, chop the anchovies and the capers and olives.
  • When the onions are translucent, add the garlic and tomatoes, then the anchovies, capers and olives, season everything with chilli and a little sugar and cook gently for about 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cook the spaghetti aldente and sprinkle with Parmesan
