Vegetarian: Spaghetti Puttanesca
The perfect vegetarian: spaghetti puttanesca recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1 Onion
- 2 toes Garlic
- 6 Anchovy fillets
- 2 Tl Capers
- 10 Black olives
- 1 Can Mashed tomatoes
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- For the sauce, fry the onions in a little olive oil, chop the anchovies and the capers and olives.
- When the onions are translucent, add the garlic and tomatoes, then the anchovies, capers and olives, season everything with chilli and a little sugar and cook gently for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the spaghetti aldente and sprinkle with Parmesan
