Devil Eggs

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the eggs hard (10-12 minutes). Cut them open lengthwise. Remove the yolks with a spoon. Set the egg whites aside. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix well with Miracle Whip and mustard. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and serve chilled. This is a great way to serve them when you have guests, or as an appetizer for a game night, a TV night, or a night with friends.
