Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 150 g salami (paprika salami), cut into thin slices
  • ½ radish(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 125 ml juice (Sangrita spicy)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp curry
  • Tabasco to taste
  • 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim, wash, and spin dry the lettuce. Arrange on serving plates. Trim the bell pepper and cut into fine strips, then place in a bowl. Wash and thinly slice the radishes and add them. Cut the salami into thin, short strips, peel the onion, and slice them into thin rings. Add both to the bowl. For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, mustard, and sangrita with the paprika, curry, and Tabasco, and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the bowl and mix everything gently. Place in the center of the prepared lettuce leaves and sprinkle with the parsley.
