Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 180 g sheep’s cheese
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions

Breakfast
Whisk the eggs with a splash of water, season with pepper, and a little salt. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the onion. Dice the feta cheese. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and lightly fry the onions. Then add the tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the feta cheese, stir everything gently, and immediately pour in the eggs. Let it set over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Divide among plates and sprinkle with paprika.
