Devil's sauce – barbecue sauce with green pepper

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml tomato ketchup
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary, ground
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 3 dashes of Tabasco
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp peppercorns, green, pickled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the shallot into small(!) cubes, press the garlic clove, mix everything together and chill for at least 1 hour.
