Devil's sausage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage, cut into strips
  • 1 jar celery, drained
  • 1 jar tomato peppers, drained
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, for garnish
  • 12 tbsp ketchup, hot
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 apple
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the cucumber, bell pepper, and apple and mix with the ketchup. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and a little sugar. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Quarter the eggs and garnish the salad with them.
