Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cl gin
- 1 ½ cl brandy (cherry brandy)
- 1 dashes liqueur (Benedicitine DOM or any better abbey liqueur)
- 1 dashes of Cointreau
- 1 cl grenadine
- 12 cl pineapple juice
- 1 ½ cl lime juice, fresh
- 1 dashes Angostura
- Ice
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Combine everything except the grenadine with 2-3 ice cubes in a shaker, shake well, and strain into a glass with 2 fresh ice cubes. Serve with pineapple and a cocktail cherry. This recipe was first documented in 1936 at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
